✅ Order Confirmation

After you place your order, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will contact you for confirmation.

⏱️ Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days after confirmation.

💸 Shipping Charges

·         Orders below Rs. 5,000 – Delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies

·         Orders Rs. 5,000 or above – Free delivery

Returns & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered:

·         Damaged or incorrect item? Return or exchange is possible.

·         Refunds: Available only if the item is damaged or not as described. The customer must send the parcel back and pay return shipping. Refunds are processed within 3 working days after product inspection.

·         Conditions for Return/Exchange:

·         Item must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging

·         Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

·         Exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the item

·         If there's a price difference, it will be adjusted

·         Change of Mind:
No cancellation or refund is available if you simply change your mind after delivery

·         Customer-Initiated Change After Dispatch:
Additional delivery charges apply
