1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (www.getups.pk), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our site.

2. Products & Pricing

·         All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

·         We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, colors may vary due to different screen settings.

·         Prices shown are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Process

·         Once your order is placed, our Customer Support Team will contact you for confirmation.

·         Orders will only be processed after confirmation.

·         Orders above Rs. 5,000 require 50% advance payment; otherwise, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

4. Shipping & Delivery

·         Delivery time is typically 5 to 7 working days from confirmation.

·         For orders below Rs. 1,499, delivery charges of Rs. 200 apply.

·         We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

·         Damaged or incorrect products can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery.

·         Products must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

·         Change of mind is not a valid reason for return/refund.

·         Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Account Responsibility

·         You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

·         Getups.pk reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in fraudulent activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and designs on Getups.pk are the intellectual property of Getups. Use without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Getups.pk is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our website, including loss of data, delays, or unauthorized access.

9. Amendments

Getups.pk reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
